If you are like me and like and have a hard time pre-planning foods when dieting, then you should check out Diet to Go. Diet to Go makes life easier by shipping you freshly prepared meals and ships them right to your door.

I was sent a one week supply of their foods for this review and I loved it. I tried the vegetarian meals. Above is the picture of the package I was sent. In this styrofoam container were 7 days worth of meals, complete with breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Nothing like not having to think about what you will eat for an entire week. It’s like having your own personal chef.

These meals are super fresh. In fact they are frozen just before they ship out to you. When the package comes, it is recommended to refrigerate it unless you won’t be eating it right away, in that case you could freeze the meals for up to a month.

Each meal includes everything you need. Some of the meals I tried included a drink, some included the appropriate syrups or condiments to complete it.

This was the whole grain french toast with mango cranberry syrup and orange juice. It was so good.

As you can see, each meal comes as a bundle and is labeled with all nutrition info.

The containers that the meals come in are both microwave and oven safe.

Diet to Go also offers good support with their website and mobile app. Calling or emailing customer service is also an option.

Overall, I liked the plan. The food was tasty and I could tell that I wasn’t eating a bunch of preservatives as these were like home cooked meals. I didn’t really lose weight, but I only tried it for one week. I believe if I had tried it for a few weeks, I would have seen results. If you are looking for a convenient, tasty diet plan, I would recommend Diet to Go.
